摘要
文章主要介绍了二板式注塑机锁模抱闸机构的原理,针对传统的等距抱合螺母所受应力过大而造成使用寿命有限的缺点,利用有限元分析软件对传统抱闸机构等距抱合螺母进行受力分析,找到了一种全新的非等距抱合螺母结构可以降低螺母应力和变形,新的结构延长了螺母的使用寿命,并且降低了机器的制造成本和使用成本。
This paper describes the two-plate injection machine clamping plate brake mechanism,principle of equidistance traditional nut holding the stress caused by excessive drawback of limited service life,the use of finite element analysis software for traditional brake mechanism isometric hold nuts stress analysis, the finding of a new structure of non-isometric hold nut nuts can reduce stress and deformation, the new structure to extend the life of the nut, and reduce manufacturing costs and the using costs.
