Objective: To explore the clinical diagnosis value of DSA stepping technique in lower extremity arterial disease. Methods : 45 cases of lower extremity artery DSA angiography of patients were selected as the research object. Clinical data were collected, and the retrospective analysis. In accordance with the examination of the different ways were randomly divided into 2 groups. 24 cases were treated with DSA stepper technology angiography of patients as the observation group. 21 cases were treated with traditional piecewise DSA angiog- raphy in patients as contrast group. The two groups of patients with clinical diagnosis and examination were observed and compared. Re- suits: The success rate of 93.1% as observed group, contrast group 92.3%. The patients in the two groups of images compared with no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05). The observation group examined and compared each lower extremity agent dose, exposure time and the examination time was significantly less than that of contrast group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Lower extremity arterial disease using DSA stepper technology can fully meet the demand of the clinical diagnosis, examination time is short and high security, and has important clin- ical value.
