泮托拉唑、阿莫西林、痢特灵三联方案治疗Hp阳性型消化性溃疡的临床效果观察

The Clinical Effect of Pantoprazole, Amoxicillin, Furazolidone Triple Regimen in the Treatment of Hp Positive Peptic Ulcer

目的：观察泮托拉唑、阿莫西林、痢特灵三联方案治疗幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，Hp）阳性型消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法：选取2011年11月～2014年8月于本院接受治疗的96例Hp阳性型消化性溃疡患者，分为对照组48例和观察组48例，对照组患者采用泮托拉唑＋阿莫西林＋甲硝唑方案进行治疗，观察组患者采用泮托拉唑＋阿莫西林＋痢特灵方案进行治疗，对比观察2组患者治疗的临床效果。结果：对照组48患者的治疗有效率为72．92％，Hp清除率为75．OO％；观察组48患者的治疗有效率为93．75％，Hp清除率为95．83％。观察组明显优于对照组，P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：泮托拉唑、阿莫西林、痢特灵三联方案治疗Hp阳性型消化性溃疡的临床效果显著，有效率及Hp清除率高，值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of pantoprazole, amoxicillin, furazolidone triple regimen in the treatment of Helico- bacter pylori （Hp） positive peptic ulcer. Methods： From 2011 November to 2014 August,96 cases with Hp Positive Peptic Ulcer in our hospital were divided into the control group （48 cases） and observation group （48 cases） ; Control group were treated by pantoprazole, amoxicillin and metronidazole scheme, and the observation group were treated by pantoprazole, amoxiciUin, furazolidone triple regimen, compared clinical effect between two groups. Results： In control group,the effective rate was 72.92%, and Hp removal rate was 75% ; In observation group,the effective rate was 93.75%, and Hp removal rate was 95.83% ;The observation group was significantly better than the control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference has statistical significance. Conclusion ： The clinical effect of pantoprazole, amoxiciUin and furazolidone triple regimen in the treatment of Hp positive type peptic ulcer is remarkable, efficiency and Hp removal rate is high, it is worthy of further clinical application.
