摘要
目的通过Meta分析方法评价血清CA19-9在大肠癌诊断中的临床价值。方法运用计算机和手工检索收集1989年至2012年间国内发表的关于CA19-9诊断大肠癌的文献,经严格筛选后,提取相关信息,并应用Meta-Dsic 1.4软件对入选文献的研究结果进行异质性检验进而采用相应的数学模型进行数据合并。结果纳入12篇文献(大肠癌患者组共1 238人,对照组857人),CA19-9诊断大肠癌的总敏感性和特异性分别为0.36,特异度为0.89。受试者工作特征曲线下面积(AUC)为0.62。结论采用血清CA19-9诊断大肠癌的准确性较差,应结合临床表现及其它常规检验结果进行综合分析。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of carbohydrate antigen 19 - 9 （CA19 - 9） for colorectal cancer by Meta - analysis. Methods Documents on diagnosis of colorectal cancer using CA19 - 9 were collected through computer and manually that were published in Chinese language during 1989- 2012. After strict selection and extract information, Meta - Dsic software was used to homogeneity test and integrated analy- sis for eligible studies. Results In total, 12 original studies were included （totally 1238 subjects and 857 con- trols）. The pooled sensitivity and specificity of CA19 - 9 for diagnosis of colorectal cancer was 0.36 and 0.89 re- spectively. Area Under the Curve （AUC） of the Summary Receiver Operating Characteristics （SROC） was 0.62. Conclusion The current evidences do not recommend using CA19 - 9 alone for the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
