摘要
臭氧作为一种非药物性治疗缺血性脑卒中的方法,越来越受到学者们的重视。氧化与氧饱和作用是臭氧生物学效应的基础。臭氧治疗缺血性脑卒时能迅速增加脑组织氧的供应,扩张毛细血管,改善局部微循环,消除脑水肿,提高抗氧化系统的清除自由基能力,改善脑细胞功能;还可加速分解代谢血液中脂质成分,减少循环障碍,从而提高脑卒中患者的疗效。
As a method of non- drug therapy for ischemic stroke, ozone receives more and more attentions by scholars. Oxidation and oxygen saturation effect is the basis of biological effects of ozone. As a result, the treatment of ischemic stroke can rapidly increase the brain tissue oxygen supply, dilate the capillaries, improve blood microcirculation, eliminate the brain edema, clear the free radicals, improve the function of brain cells, accelerate the decomposition of lipid components of metabolism in the blood, reduce the circulation disorders, in order to improve the curative effect of the patients with ischemic stroke.
