中药热奄包治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Hot Herbal Medicine Package Treatment for Diabetic Gastroparesis

目的:观察中药热奄包治疗糖尿病性胃轻瘫临床疗效。方法:66例糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各33例,2组均维持常规治疗及护理,治疗组在常规治疗护理基础上给予热奄包治疗,30天为1疗程。结果:治疗组胃排空时间、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(P2h BG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)及临床症状积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),2组治疗后各项检测比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后显效率、有效率、总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热奄包治疗能改善糖尿病性胃轻瘫患者的临床症状,更好地控制血糖及缩短胃排空时间。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of hot herbal medicine package treatment for diabetic astroparesis. Methods： Sixty-six patients with diabetic gastroparesis were randomly divided into two groups, 33 patients in each group. Both groups maintained routine therapy and nursing, and the treatment group was treated with application of hot herbal medicine package additionally. The treatment course lasted for 30 days. Results; The improvement of clinical outcomes of gastric emptying time, fasting plasma sugar（FPG）, 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose（2-hPG）, glycosylated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, and clinical symptoms in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Hot herbal medicine package treatment can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic gastroparesis, and can control blood sugar and shorten the gastric emptying time.
