缅甸水资源开发方式及应注意的问题

The Water Resources Exploitation and the Related Policy and Law in Burma

缅甸是我国重要的邻邦,战略地位十分重要,是东盟的重要成员,并且还是海上丝绸之路上的重要国家。水资源开发投资是目前我国与缅甸经贸合作中规模最大、最富成效和最具潜力的领域,研究缅甸水资源的开发状况及其相关制度,对加强我国与缅甸的经贸关系乃至海上丝绸之路经济带的建设都具有重要意义。本文对缅甸水资源的开发状况、我国与缅甸的水资源开发合作及缅甸水资源相关政策、制度进行阐述分析。

The strategic position of Myanmar is beyond doubt, as it is an important neighbour of our country, a vital member of ASEAN as well as a major country along the Maritime Silk Road. And the investment and development in water resources is the largest and most productive and potential field in the economic and trade cooperation between China and Myanmar. Therefore,to study the status of water resources development and the related system in Myanmar is of great significance for strengthening its e- conomic and trade relations with our country and for the construction of the Maritime Silk Road Economic Belt. In this paper, we explores the development of water resources in Burma and water cooperation between China and Burma, and then discusses the re- lated policy and system.
