The Study on Motives and Effects of Tourism Industry and Culture Industry Merge: In the Case of Sichuan Province

旅游产业与文化产业在现代经济中的重要地位日益凸显,两大产业呈现出较强的融合趋势。文章以四川旅游产业和文化产业为例,在分析旅游产业和文化产业的发展瓶颈和融合现状基础之上,分析产业融合的动因及其效应。旅游产业与文化产业融合的动因主要包括市场需求、企业对效益最大化的追求、技术革新、管制放松等。这两大产业融合会导致产业一系列变化,如催生新产品、新市场、促进产业链的价值增值、推动组织创新和管理创新、延长产业生命周期等。

In modern economy, the position of tourism industry and culture industry became more and more important. The two industries present a strong merging trend. Taking the tourism and cultural industries of Sichuan Province as an example, this article has analyzed the motives of industry merging and its effect based on the analysis of development bottleneck and merging status of the two industries. The motives of industry merge mainly include market demand, pursuing maximization of enterprise profit, technological innovation, deregulation, etc. The merge of the two giant industries will cause a series of changes, such as generating new products and new markets, promoting value appreciation, driving organization and management innovation, and extending industrial lifecycle.
