摘要
基于压力-状态-响应(PSR)概念模型,选取24项指标构建新疆生态安全评价指标体系;利用变异系数法确定指标权重,对1990~2012年新疆生态安全进行定量评价。研究表明,新疆生态安全综合指数从1990年的0.249增长到2012年的0.763,生态环境经历了不安全状态—临界安全状态—较安全状态的历史演变;从三个子系统看,对新疆生态安全的贡献依次为:系统状态〉系统压力〉系统响应。
This paper established ecological security system based on the pressure-state-response (PSR) model with 24 indicators, and determined the weight of indicators with the coefficiency of variation method (CVM), to quantitatively assessed the ecological security situation for Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 1990 to 2012. The results showed that the ecological security integrate index (ESII) of Xinjiang increased from 0.249 in 1990 to 0.763 in 2012, and the ecological environment evolved from unsafe status to critical safe one, and to relative safe status at last. The results also showed that the biggest contribution to ecological security of Xinjiang was the system state, followed by the system pressure, and the system response was the smallest.
