中小企业生态文明建设行为和实施意愿的实证研究

Empirical Research on the Construction Behavior and Implement Intention of Ecological Civilization for SMEs

中小企业作为我国经济发展的重要组成部分,在生态文明建设中起到重要作用。文章在对北京市中小企业企业生态文明建设现状和企业生态文明实施意愿进行调查的基础上,针对企业生态文明行为、生态文明建设意愿的相关影响因素进行了分析。研究结果表明:企业内部因素如企业性质、企业负责人年龄和学历等对企业开展生态文明建设的意愿和行为影响不大,说明企业内部客观因素并不直接导致生态文明建设的意愿和行为,企业生态文明行为的被动性大,因而需要政府部门从资金支持、法规建设和大力宣传等方面着手,以外部因素来推动企业内部动因,促进企业强化生态文明实施意愿和生态文明建设行为。

As an important part of China＇s economy development, SMEs （small and medium-sized enterprises） play a significant role in the construction of ecological civilization. Based on investigation in the implementation intention and the construction behavior of ecological civilization of SMEs in Beijing, the affecting factors of ecological civilization construction are analyzed. The results show that internal factors such as the nature of the enterprise, age and education of the directors have little influence on the implementation intention and the construction behavior of ecological civilization. It means that internal objective factors do not lead＇ directly to the construction of ecological civilization will and behavior. SMEs＇ ecological civilization behavior is relatively passive. Government should do much more from the aspects of financial support and law construction, in order to promote the enterprises to strengthen the ecological civilization construction and the behavior intention.
