以河北怀来的长城基地开发为例,从政策、交通、旅游等方面介绍了其开发的背景,据此提出了该区开发的理念,对其运营模式、市场策略、管理体制等开发治理模式进行了阐述,以实现历史文化遗产保护与开发并行不悖。

Taking the Great Wall Base development at Huailai of Hebei province as the example, the paper introduces the background for the development from the policies, traffic, and tourism, points out the development ideas for the region, and illustrates the development and treatment model from its operation model, marketing model, and management system, so as to realize the reservation and development for the historic and cultural heritages.
