摘要
通过对大秦线75 kg/m钢轨铝热焊焊剂成分不匹配、预热温度不足、钢轨温度应力等方面存在问题的研究和分析,探讨了应对各问题的措施,以提高铝热焊焊接质量,延长钢轨焊接接头寿命。
According to the research and analysis at thermit welding on 75 kg/m steel rail along Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway, including the mis- matching of flux composition, insufficient preheating temperature, steel rail temperature stress, the paper explores the measures for all of prob- lems, so as to enhance the welding quality of the thermit welding and prolong the lifespan of the rail welding joints.
