摘要
以湘潭市某斜拉拱桥健康监测项目为背景,利用有限元软件Midas FEA水化热分析模块针对X1号梁段混凝土水化热温度效应对施工阶段和模板类型的敏感性展开研究,研究结果显示,合理地分层分段浇筑可以有效减小水化热温度效应,防止裂缝产生;使用钢模板施工对水化热温度效应有一定的减缓作用,但是效果并不明显。
Exampled by the health monitoring project of a certain cable-stayed arch hridge in Xiangtan as the background, using the hydration heat analysis module of finite element software Midas FEA to study the sensitivity of hydration heat temperatur~ efl^ct about construction phase, template type. Results show that rational delamination and subsection of concrete grnuting blocks can effectively reduce the hydration heat effect and prevent cracks. Using steel template instead of wood fonnwork can alleviate hydration heat effect partly, but the effect is not obvious.
