阐述了价值工程的概念,并对应用价值工程方法进行市政工程设计阶段方案比选分析的步骤加以说明,得出了市政工程设计阶段选择最优比选方案的有效方法,最后以陕西省西安市某市政道路工程湿陷性黄土路基处理方法的比选为例,对应用价值工程方法进行市政工程设计阶段方案比选进行了实证分析,以期促进我国市政工程建设更好、更快、更健康的发展。

This paper described the concept of value engineering, and explained the scheme comparison and selection analysis steps of municipal engineering in design phase application of value engineering method, obtained the effective method selection of optimal scheme comparison and selection of municipal engineering in design phase, finally taking the collapsible loess sub-grade treatment method selection of a municipal road engineering in Shaanxi Xi＇ an, carried out the empirical analysis on scheme comparison and selection of municipal engineering in design phase application of value engineering method, in order to promote our municipal engineering construction better, faster and more healthy development.
