针对当前工程造价管控与竣工结算阶段的造价控制问题展开了分析,探讨了当前工程项目实施过程中,这两个阶段所存在问题的原因,并提出了相应的改善措施,以有效提升工程造价管理的效果。

This paper analyzed the cost control problem of present engineering cost management and control and completion settlement stage, dis- cussed the causes the problems of this two stages in present engineering project implementation process, and put forward corresponding improve- ment measures, to effectively improve the engineering cost management effect.
