摘要
结合区域经济对建筑工程技术专业人才的需求,以江苏德丰建设集团和沙洲职业工学院合作开办的"德丰"订单班为例,针对高职院校建筑工程技术专业现有教学模式存在的弊端,探讨了校企联合无缝对接的人才培养模式,为区域的经济发展提供人才支撑。
Combining with the needs of regional economy to construction engineering technology specialty talents, taking the ＂Defeng＂ order class of Jiangsu Defeng Construction Group and Shazhou Vocational Engineering College cooperation started for example, according to the existing prob- lems of present teaching mode in Higher Vocational Colleges construction engineering technology specialty, discussed the talent training modes of school-enterprise joint seamless operation, provided personnel support for regional economy development.
