对煤矿建设工程造价存在的项目设计不严肃、招标程序不严谨、合同签订不规范等问题进行了阐述,分析了施工阶段及竣工结算阶段的造价控制措施,以降低工程建设的成本。

This paper elaborated the project design not serious, bidding procedures not strict, contract signing not standardized and other prob- lems in coal mine construction engineering cost, analyzed the cost control measures in construction settlement and completion phase, to reduce the engineering construction cost.
