摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP—MS)结合微波消解测定食品用纸容器中15种元素的方法。试样经硝酸一过氧化氢混合溶液微波消解,ICP—MS测定,外标法定量。回收率在90%~120%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,具有消解速度快、污染小、样品消解完全、回收率高的特点,适用于食品用纸容器中15种元素的同时分析。 A method involving microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP--MS) analysis was established for the determination of fifteen elements in paper food containers. Samples were digested by microwave with nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide solution,ICP-MS determination, and quantified by external standard method. The rate of recovery was 90% -120%,the relative standard deviation was less than 5%. The method has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, fast speed, small pollution with digestion, recovery rate is high. This technique was suitable for 15 kinds of elements in the analysis of paper food container.
