摘要
长庆油田原油储罐随着使用年限延长,罐内底板和盘管腐蚀穿孔,严重影响正常生产。储罐内腐蚀主要由罐底沉积水中的溶解氧、氯化物电化学腐蚀、硫酸盐还原菌腐蚀以及垢下腐蚀引起的。针对腐蚀因素以及现有防腐蚀工艺存在的问题,进行了涂料和牺牲阳极材料的研发,研发的涂料其力学性能、冲击韧性、耐热性等性能均远远优于常用的环氧涂料,表现出优良的综合防腐蚀性能;研发的阳极材料适用于高温腐蚀环境。涂料与牺牲阳极联合保护技术已在储罐中成功应用,经现场应用证明,该技术可将储罐使用寿命延长1倍以上。
With the service life extension of oil tanks in Changqing oilfield, normal production is seriously affected by the bottom and coil corrosion perforation. The interior corrosion of tanks is mainly caused by dissolved oxygen, chloride, sulfate reducing bacteria and scale. According to the corrosion factors and existing problems of anticorrosion technology, relevant coatings and sacrificial anodes were researched. The mechanical properties, impact toughness and heat resistance of the developed coatings were much better than that of conventional epoxy, indicating excellent comprehensive anti-corrosion properties. The anode materials are suitable for high temperature corrosion environment. Combined protection technology has been successfully used in the tanks, the field application proves that the technology can prolonge the service life of tanks more than 1 time.
