一种可以测量高频电流的FBG电流互感器 被引量:5

摘要 为测量交流电流的,提出了一种由超磁致伸缩材料(GMM)与光纤光栅(FBG)相结合作为传感器探头的电流互感器,实现了工频电流的测量,在0.33~100A范围内具有很好的线性度,满量程精度达到0.33%;对电流互感器的幅频特性进行理论分析和实验研究,计算表明获得GMM材料的谐振频率为46.5kHz,实验测得电流互感器在5.0kHz范围内具有平坦的的幅频特性,最高可测频率达到20.4kHz,谐振频率为46.5kHz,适用于高频电流的测量。 For the measurement of AC current, the paper presents a current transformer based on giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) and fiber Bragg grating (FBG) ,which is used as the sensor probe, the ferrite material is applied to build magnetic system,and the narrow line width laser is used to realize the demodulation of FBG by locking the operating point. The current transformer can measure the frequency current,which can obtain good linearity within 0.33 100 A,with 0.33% full scale accuracy. In this paper, the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the current transformer are focused by theoretical analysis and experiment. The resonance frequency of 46.5 kHz for GMM is obtained through simulation. The experimental results show that the current transformer has a flat amplitude-frequency characteristics within 5.0 kHz range,the maximum measurable frequency can reach 20. 4 kHz,the resonant frequency is 46.5 kHz,and it is suitable for measuring high-frequency current.
