中英美三国图书情报领域基金资助论文定量分析:基于SCI-E和SSCI

Quantitative Analysis on the Funding Papers about Library and Information Science in China and U.S.A and U.K: Based on SCI-E and SSCI

基于SCI-E和SSCI数据库,对中英美三国在2009-2014年关于图书情报学的基金资助论文进行数据调查和定量分析,旨在通过资助绩效、合作情况、多重资助和基金机构四个角度,比较三国资助情况的异同,为我国科学基金制度的发展完善和图书情报学科资助策略的制定提供一些有益的参考。作者发现:中国论文产出大,但质量不高,主要依靠国内资助,存在重复资助现象;英国基金资助绩效高,总体质量较好,以国际合作为主,主要依靠国外资助,但资助欠缺的情况较明显;美国资助效果显著,总体质量高,以国内合作为主,主要依靠国内资助,资助欠缺情况明显。

Based on SCI-E and SSCI, this paper made data investigation and quantitative analysis of three countries＇ funded papers, including U.K, U.S.A and China, about library and information science between 2009 and 2014, aiming to provide some useful reference for the improvement of China＇s science fund system and the formulation of library and information science funding strategy through the comparison of this three countries in funding performance, cooperation, multiple funding and fund agency. Results showed： China had large paper outputs with low quality, mainly relying on domestic funding, and duplicate funding phenomenon existed. U.K had better funding performance and overall quality, mainly relying international cooperation and foreign aid funding, and the lack of funding was obvious. U.S.A had significant funding performance and high overall quality, mainly relying on domestic fund with the domestic partnership oriented, and was also lack of funding.
