高校图书馆大流通导入6S管理制度——以山东大学图书馆为例

Importing 6S Management System into Big Circulation Service Mode for University Library——An Case of Shandong University Library

针对以山东大学图书馆文理分馆、医学分馆等一些建造年代久、馆舍布局过时、设施陈旧为例的高校图书馆,实施"大流通"的服务模式,将原来广泛适用于企业管理的6S现场管理制度根据图书馆实际情况相应变通导入"大流通"服务模式中,把其整理、整顿、整洁、素养、安全、节约的管理理念融会贯通于图书馆实际工作,因地制宜地改善图书馆借阅环境,最大限度满足读者文献信息需求,发挥馆藏资源整体效益,全面提高服务质量和读者满意度。

Aiming at the early construction, outdated layout and old facilities in liberal arts branch and medical branch of Shandong University Library, big circulation service mode was implemented by importing 6S on-site management system which was widely applied in enterprise management. The specific ideas containing seiri, seiton, seiketsu, shitsuke, safety, saving were comprehensively applied in the practice of library to improve the environment of library and meet readers＇ needs for literature information, as well as play the overall efficiency of collection resources and improve the service quality and readers＇ satisfaction
