建立一支高素质的作者队伍,是科技期刊可持续发展的必要前提。文章分析了农业技术类期刊作者队伍构成,阐述了农业技术类期刊作者群的开发途径、培养方法及稳定措施。
It is the necessary prerequisite for the the sustainable development of sci-tech periodicals to establish a high-quality author team. This paper analyses the composition of author team for agricultural technical periodicals, and expounds the development way, training method and stability measurement of author group for agricultural technical periodicals.
