摘要
通过调研科技查新服务在全国31个省级公共图书馆、31个省级情报研究所和40所985高校图书馆的开展情况,提出公共图书馆开展科技查新服务的必要性,并提出具体建议。
The author conducted the situation on Novelty service in the 31 provincial public libraries, 31 provincial-level Information Institutes and 40 985-Project sponsored University/College Libraries, Put forward the necessity and specific proposals of Sci-tech Novelty service of public libraries.
