利用微博、微信等平台的自身优势开展图书馆嵌入式服务是图书馆界创新服务方式的又一重要内容。笔者立足图书馆开展"微"服务的现状,就如何为读者提供更优质的服务提供了几点建议以资参考和借鉴。

Using the advantages of micro-blog and WeChat to carry out the embedded service of library has been another important part of library＇s service innovation. Based on the current situation of library＇s micro service, this article pro vided some suggestions on how to offer readers more quality services for reference.
