摘要
微信已成为中国年轻群体社交的最热门平台,以其即时性和互动性的特征备受青少年的青睐,图书馆利用微信公众平台向读者开展服务是当前社会需求也是图书馆资源有效利用的途径。从微信的特征角度入手,探讨图书馆基于微信平台开展的服务模式:数字参考咨询服务,检索服务及微信公众号的智能回复。
WeChat has become China's most popular social platform for young people and been highly favored by young people with its immediacy and interactive features. For public library, using WeChat public platform to carry out the service for the readers is the current needs of society and the way for effective use of library resources. From the perspective of WeChat' s characteristics, the library service model based on WeChat platform was discussed, in- eluding digital reference service, intelligent search service and smart reply of WeChat public platform.
