摘要
目前,中国高校图书馆对学科馆员的绩效考核制度各有不同。分析了国内外学科馆员的绩效考核现状,结合中国高校图书馆的实际情况,引入"360度绩效评估"。分别从"360度绩效评估"的概念、特点、引进的意义、实施评价的程序及应注意的问题,探讨该方法在学科馆员考核中的运用。
Nowadays, systems of the performance evaluation of subject librarians in universities are different. The paper analyzes the status of performance appraisal of subject librarian at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation of University Libraries in China, introduces the "360-degree Feedback Assessment ". It discusses the concept of "360-degree Feedback Assessment" , the characteristics of the method, the introduction of the significance, why we apply it to the evaluation and what should be paid attention to in evaluation, discussion on the application of the method in the appraisal of the subject librarians.
