摘要
为了提高电动机起动性能及改善其运行的稳定性,设计了一种基于DSP的低成本小功率变频器,以TMS320F28335为控制核心,主电路采用集成的智能功率模块作为功率器件。另外,为提高电压利用率,采用电压空间矢量脉宽调制技术驱动功率开关器件IGBT的通断,达到变压变频的目的。文中描述了SVPWM算法的原理和实现方法,并设计了详细的硬件电路和软件程序,最后采用Matlab仿真软件下的Simulink搭建了三相异步电动机的变频调速系统模型,对其进行仿真验证。从仿真结果得出,系统运行稳定、响应快,而且电压利用率高,能实现异步电动机的变频调速,在电气传动应用领域具有广阔的应用前景。
In order to improve the motor starting performance and the stability of its operation, this paper designs a low cost and small power inverter based on DSP, and the main circuit adopts the integrated intelligent power module as the power addition, in order to increase voltage utilization, device, using TMS320F28335 as the control core. In this study uses the voltage space vector pulse width modulation technology to drive the power switch device IGBT on-off, which can achieve the purpose of variable voltage variable frequency. This paper presents the principle and realization method of SVPWM algorithm, and the design of hardware circuit and software program. The model of three-phase asynchronous motor variable frequency speed control system is built by using the simulink of MATLAB simulation software. The result shows that the control system runs stably, fast response, high utilization of voltage, and asynchronous motor can realize frequency control. The variable frequency speed regulating device can be widely used in electrical drive applications.
