摘要
随着配电网的发展,电网设备线路地理空间密度和网络拓扑的复杂性不断增加,时刻变化的负荷和不断变迁的基础设施建设,使得及时有效的配电网规划显得非常重要。传统的配电网规划主要是通过大量的现状收资,然后进行专业分析后得出多套规划方案,通过方案对比,选择技术经济最优方案。由于配电网设备面广量大,变更频繁,导致原始资料收资工作量巨大,准确性受到质疑,也不利于规划成果的后继共享利用。本文主要提出一种基于矢量图形的配网规划研究方案,从生产管理系统、地理信息管理系统、用电采集系统、SCADA等系统获得设备台帐资料、地理位置信息、电网拓扑以及负荷等规划现状数据,并基于矢量图形将数据进行整合展现,实现电网规划可视化、规范图纸资料管理、储备项目确定和选择等,解决配网规划与建设过程中项目从何而来的问题。
With the development of the distribution network, geographical spatial density of power equipment lines and complexity of the network topology is increasing, also including ever-changing loads and infrastructure continue to change, so that timely and effective distribution network planning is very important. The traditional distribution network planning is mainly funded through a large collection of the status information, and then obtains the multiple sets of planning program through professional r analysis, choose the best technical and economic solution through the scheme comparison. Because the distribution network equipment were widely wide and frequently changed ,it led to a huge amount of work to collect the raw data which was questioned in accuracy, and was not conducive to the subsequent sharing and utilization of the planning results.This paper presents a research schemes based distribution network planning of vector graphics which can obtain the planning and status data, such as equipment account information, geographical position information, power grid topology and load data from the production management system, geographic information management systems, electrical collection system and SCADA systems data, show the integration data based on vector graphics, achieve network planning visualization, regulate drawing data management and reserve project for identification and selection, and solve the problem about the source of distribution network planning and construction processing.
