摘要 为满足户外高压保险管熔断后快速更换的需要,提高电网应急反应速度,开发了一种新型内置式户外高压保险装置。分析了影响高压保险管更换速度的主要因素,针对户外使用特点,改进装置结构和材料。测试和运行结果表明新型装置可大幅缩短保险管更换时间,节约人力资源,同时经济效益明显。 A novel build-in high voltage outdoor safety device has been developed in order to match the requirement of shortening the safety-fuse replacing time after fusing, as well as increasing the response capability of the grid. This paper analyzed the main factors that effecting the safety-fuse replacing time. The structure of the device has been improved under the consideration of outdoor environment. The test and operating results show that the replacing time has been shortened significantly by utilizing the novel device, the economic benefit also increase sharply due to the saving of manpower.
