摘要
海啸是自然界最严重的自然灾害之一,海啸预警能够尽量减少海啸给人们带来的生命财产损失。文章介绍了海啸的产生及其传播特点,对我国海啸预警现状及海啸灾害防治等方面进行了系统分析,提出了在我国航海保障系统内如何加强海啸监测、海啸预警以及海啸灾害的应对机制等课题的研究,以完善我国综合航海保障体系。
The tsunami is one of the most terrible natural disasters and the early warning of it can reduce the life and property loss for the people. This paper introduces the generation and propagating characteristics of the tsunami, and systematic analyzes its warning status and disaster prevention in China. It also puts forward how to enhance tsunami monitoring, early warning and prevention measures,which can improve our synthetic navigation safeguard system.
