大型浮标站易损传感器安全防护问题探讨

摘要 海上大型浮标站的风传感器和电磁海流计是使用中最易损坏的传感器。文章从其工作原理入手,分析了其在实际使用中出现的报废原因。并结合多年的维修经验,从其安装结构和安全防护角度着手加以改造,提出为风传感器加装减震支架和在电磁海流计四周增设安全防护围栏的设想,以达到延长这两类易损传感器的使用寿命,降低高额维修、维护成本的目的。 The wind sensor and electromagnetic current meter on large ocean buoy station are easily damaged in operation. From the aspect of its working principle,this paper analyses reject reasons in practical use. Based on years of experience on maintenance, the installation structure and safety protection for the sensor are improved. The idea of adding shock absorbing brackets for wind sensor and safety guards round the electromagnetic current meter are put forward. The purpose is to prolong the service life of meteorological and hydrological vulnerable sensors on buoy station and reduce the high maintenance cost.
