摘要
提出了一种基于MSP430F1611单片机的太阳辐射测量系统设计方案。通过单片机控制电机带动遮光环间歇性遮挡光电传感器以达到测量总辐射、散射、直接辐射的目的。以24位高精度A/D芯片ADS1255进行数据采集,保证数据的准确度。系统通过时钟芯片使数据具有时效性,并且通过RS232通信输出分钟数据,同时将有效历史数据存储到FLASH芯片中。该系统运行稳定,可靠实用,性价比较高。
A solar radiometer system based on MSP430F1611 is designed. In order to measure global horizontal irradiance, diffuse horizontal irradiance and direct normal irradiance, the motor drives the shading band that blocks the photodiode intermittently through the MCU control. The 24 bit highprecision A/D chip ADS1255 collects the data to guarantee its accuracy. The system ensures the timing of data through the clock chip,outputs minute data with RS232 and stores the effective historical data into the FLASH chip. The features of the system are stable operation, reliable practice and high performance price ratio.
