摘要
为解决北方秋冬季节由于气温低、周期漫长而导致的大量农业废弃物堆积问题,通过对农业废弃物和碱性土壤的筛选,得到糖、淀粉、蛋白质和纤维素的降解单菌。将这些单菌进行混合、复配,得到可分别将糖、淀粉、蛋白质和纤维素降解率提高12.42%、18.03%、12.35%和12.59%的低温混合功能降解菌。不同低温混合功能降解菌使物料升温,从而进入中温期,带动中温菌株和高温菌株生长、繁殖,产生大量生物能,进入高温阶段,完成无害化处理。
For the problem of a large number of agricultural waste accumulation in northernautumn and winter due to low temperature, cycle is long, through the screening ofagricultural wastes and alkaline soil degradation, sugar, starch, protein andcellulose single bacteria. These single bacteria were mixed, mixed, sugar, starch,are protein and cellulose degradation rate increased cold mixed functional bacteria 12.42%, 18.03%, 12.35% and 12.59%. At the same time, different low temperature mixed functional bacteria make the material heating, to enter themiddle temperature stage, drive in the temperature strain and high strain growth, reproduction, produce large amounts of biomass energy, in high temperature stage, complete the harmless treatment.
