冷应激对东北野猪成纤维细胞周期和凋亡的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以猪成纤维细胞为研究对象,应用流式细胞术检测4、15、25和32℃不同强度冷应激条件下细胞周期和细胞凋亡情况。结果表明,在冷应激的低温处理过程中,细胞主要出现G0/G1期阻滞,随低温强度的增加而作用加强;低温培养诱导细胞凋亡,随低温强度的增加而作用加强,但在检测的2、4、6和8 h中,细胞凋亡率达到一定程度后,不再随低温处理时间延长而增加,细胞对低温产生耐受。复温培养过程中主要引起细胞G2/M期阻滞,随低温强度的增加而作用加强;细胞凋亡出现在复温培养的2-6 h,是延迟和渐进过程,与低温处理强度密切相关。 Flow cytometry was applied to analyze pig fibroblast cycle and apoptosis in Northeast wild boar at 4, 15, 25 or 32 ℃. The results showed that cell proliferation was inhibited by the substained low temperature culture, which arrested the cells in G0/G1 phase, and with the increase of low intensity and strengthen the role. And induced cell apoptosis, enhanced its effect with temperature got lower and induced tolerance in cells with time. However, the detection of 4, 6 and 8 h, after apoptosis rate reaches a certain level, will not be renewed and increases with low temperature treatment, the cells to low temperature tolerance. Treatment with low-temperature arrested the rewarming cultured cells at the G2/ M phase and induced apoptosis. Apoptosis occurs around rewarming cultured 2-6 h, is a delayed and gradual process, which was increased with low temperature.
