随着企业规模的不断增大,资金链条长、成员数量多情况的存在,对于我国企业集团的发展造成了一定的影响。在该种情况下,如何在新发展环境下增强集团的资金管理能力,成为集团发展的一项重要问题。在本文中,将就中石油资金集中管理的发展战略进行一定的研究与分析。
The situation of the increase of enterprise scale, long capital chain, large member number causes a certain influence for the development of enterprise groups in China. In this case, how to enhance the fund management ability of groups in the new development environment becomes an important issue in the group development. This paper studies and analyzes the development strategies of funds central management of Petro China.
