摘要
在煤系地层奥陶系石灰中,当掘进工作面正头出现全断面塌陷,塌陷区内岩石风化严重,岩层混乱,混有大量煤屑、黄泥,属极松软岩层,围岩随放炮跨落,施工及支护非常困难时,针对以上情况,通过合理的计算及摸索实践,进行了支护方式的优化,解决了困扰施工的诸多问题,实践证明,通过支护方式的优化,技术上是可行的,经济上是合理的,这种成功的支护方式,值得在煤矿岩巷软岩掘进施工中进行推广应用。
In the coal strata ordovician limestone, when the tunneling face positive head appears whole sections collapse, the rock weathering in collapse region is serious, rock layer is orderless, and it is mixed with a large number of cinder and yellow mud, it belongs to very soft rock, the surrounding rock is falling off with blasting, so the construction and support is very difficult. For the above case, through the reasonable calculation and exploration practice, this paper optimized the support ways to solve the many problems plagued the construction. The practice proved that the supporting way optimization was technically feasible and economically reasonable. This successful support way is worth to promote in the coal mine rock roadway soft rock excavation construction.
