基于SWOT下的大学生创业行为研究

在就业形势日益严峻的情况下,很多大学生选择自主创业。本文对大学生创业的影响因素进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了促进大学生自主创业的对策与建议。同时以杭州市大学生创业园区为例,论述该园区在鼓励和引导大学生创业方面,所采取的具体措施,并对其效果进行了分析。通过本文的研究,希望能够为培养大学生自主创业能力,从而促进大学生创业成功,提供一定的帮助和思考。

As the employment situation is increasingly serious, many college students start their own business after graduation. This article analyzes the factors affecting college students′ entrepreneurship and puts forward countermeasures to promote college students′entrepreneurship. Taking Hangzhou College Students Venture Park for example, the specific measures to encourage and guide college students′ entrepreneurship are stated and the effect is analyzed. The authors hopes that this article can provide some help for cultivating college students′ self-employment ability and thus promoting college students＇ entrepreneurial success.
