地下管道脱空渗漏高聚物注浆抬升修复与数值分析 被引量:10

摘要 采用高聚物注浆抬升修复地下管道脱空渗漏,该非开挖修复技术具有施工速度快、造价低、基本不影响道路交通和周围环境等优点。借助工程实例,分别建立了地下管道脱空与高聚物注浆修复后的三维数值分析模型,对比计算了高聚物注浆修复前后,在静力荷载和地震荷载作用下管道的受力和变形特性,并且计算了高聚物注浆时对管道受力的影响。高聚物注浆修复后管道更加安全稳定、高聚物注浆非开挖修复技术对地下管道沉降与脱空渗漏治理起到了很好的效果。 The method of underground pipe settlement and vacancy repairing with polymer injection was introduced .This non-excavation repairing method has the advantages of rapid construction ,low costing ,and little effect on the traffic and environment .In this paper a three-dimensional model of a damaged underground pipe in an actual engineering project was established .Under static and seismic load ,the characteristics of its stress and deformation before and after the polymer injection were compared and analyzed ,and the influence of the polymer injection on the stress of the pipe was calculated . The simulation results indicate that the pipe repaired with polymer injection is safer and stabler ,so polymer injection is an effective way of repairing pipe settlement and cacancy .
