近5年来我院血液净化中心对来自贵州省各县级医院的血液净化专业进修医生60余名进行带教与培训,为进一步提高培训的教学质量,从分析队伍的构成与特点、定期小讲座、定期教学查房、重视相关操作能力的培养等各个方面进行分析,并加以总结经验和体会。

In recent 5 years our blood puriifcation center teach and train more than 60 blood purification professional doctor from the county hospital in guizhou province, to improve on the quality of teach, analysis the composition and characteristics of team, regular lectures, regular teach, train operation ability et al aspect and summarize experience.
