摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT在乳腺癌中的检查价值。方法选择我院69例乳腺癌患者在术前使用螺旋CT检查,分析患者的扫描结果。通过影像观察乳腺癌螺旋CT检查的相关病症,对比分析病理学结果。结果69例患者进行螺旋CT检查,有64例患者与病理诊断结果一致。结论螺旋CT检查与病理诊断结果的符合率高,有利于临床诊断乳腺癌。
Objective To explore the value of spiral CT scanning with breast cancer. Methods Selected 69 cases with breast cancer who had spiral CT examination preoperative in our hospital, analyzed to the patient＇s scan results. Contrastive and analyzed the pathology results through the image observation and related disorders CT spiral of breast cancer. Results 69 patients were examined with spiral CT, 64 patients with pathological diagnosis. Conclusion Spiral CT examination and pathological diagnosis has high coincidence rate, it is conducive to the diagnosis of breast cancer.
