三维适形放疗联合化疗治疗肺癌局部复发的临床效果评价

Evaluation Clinical Effect on Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy Combination With Chemotherapy in Treatment of Lung Cancer Local Recurrence

目的 探究三维适形放疗联合化疗对肺部局部复发患者的临床治疗效果。方法 选取我院2014年3月-2015年4月期间收治的86例肺癌局部复发患者,按照入院的先后顺序将其分为观察组以及对照组,每组43例。对照组采用常规放疗联合化疗方案进行治疗,观察组采用三维适形放疗联合化疗方案进行治疗,对两组患者的疗效进行对比。结果 两组患者经治疗后,其观察组患者的治疗效果好于对照组患者,两组间通过比较,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 对肺癌局部复发患者采用三维适形放疗联合化疗进行治疗,其治疗效果较为显著,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect on the three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in combination with chemotherapy in patients with pulmonary local recurrence. Methods Selected 86 cases with lung cancer of local recurrence from March 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital, divided into the observation group and control group as sequencing, each group of 43 cases. Control group was treated by conventional radiotherapy scheme for treatment with combination chemotherapy, observation group was treated by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in combination with chemotherapy treatment, to contrast the curative effect of two groups of patients. Results Two groups after treatment, the observation group with the treatment effect was better than the control group, through the comparison between the two groups, P〈0.05 ,had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Patients with lung cancer local recurrence use three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in combination with chemotherapy treatment, the treatment effect is signiifcant, have clinical application value.
