医用胶结合克氏针内固定治疗成人Mason Ⅲ型桡骨头骨折

Medical Glue Needle Combine With Internal Fixation to Treat Adults Mason Ⅲ Radial Head Fractures

目的 通过医用胶结合克氏针构成的相对稳定的内固定,治疗成人Mason III型桡骨头骨折。方法 切开复位桡骨头的多个粉碎骨折块,恢复桡骨头的正常解剖形状,用医用胶结合克氏针内固定骨折块。结果 本组获得随访的7例患者,桡骨头基本恢复原有的解剖形状,骨折愈合时间14-24周,平均17周。通过Khalfayan肘关节功能评价方法评定,其中优4例,良2例,中1例,差0例,优良率86%。结论 医用胶结合克氏针内固定治疗成人Mason III型桡骨头骨折疗效满意。

Objective The relatively stable internal fixation consists of medical glue combine with Kirschner wire use to treat adult Mason III fracture of head of radius. Methods Open reduction for multiple comminuted fracture blocks of head of radius and restore the normal anatomy shape of head of radius, and ifx the fracture blocks by medical glue combined with Kirschner wire. Results The seven patients were followed up in group, and the head of radius restored to the original anatomical shape basically, the healing time of fracture were 14-24 weeks with an average of 17 weeks. Evaluated by Khalfayan elbow function with the good rate was86%, excellent in four cases, good in two cases, moderate in one case, poor none. Conclusion The effect on internal ifxation treatment of medical glue combine with Kirschner wire for adult Mason III fracture of head of radius was satisifed.
