分娩球联合自由体位助产对初产妇分娩的影响

Influence of Birth Ball Combined With Free Position Delivery of Primipara Childbirth

目的探讨分娩球联合自由体位助产对初产妇分娩的影响。方法将我院收治的初产分娩产妇50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例,对照组患者采取传统仰卧或者半卧位待产及分娩,观察组采用分娩球联合自由体位生产。结果对照组产妇阴道分娩率低于观察组,产后出血量高于观察组,组间生产效果比较具有差异,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论传统仰卧或者半卧位待产及分娩方式效果效果低于观察组采用的分娩球联合自由体位生产方式。

Objective To explore the inlfuence of birth ball combined with freeposition delivery of primipara childbirth. Methods Selected 50 case who had the ifrst delivery in our hospital, divided into the observation group and the control group randomly, each group of 25 cases, the control group took the traditional supine or semirecumbent position labor and delivery, the observation group with birth bal combined with free position production. Results The control group vaginal delivery rate was lower in the observation group, the control group was higher than the observation group of postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the production effect, P〈0.05, had difference statistical y signiifcance. Conclusion The traditional supine or semirecumbent position during the mode of delivery and the effect has lower than the observation group adopted birth bal combined with free position mode of production.
