子宫背带缝合术配伍治疗难治性产后出血的临床疗效分析

Analysis Clinical Curative Effect on Uterine Parceled Suture Compatibility of Medicines Treatment of Refractory Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的 探讨子宫背带缝合术配伍治疗难治性产后出血的临床效果。方法 选取2012年3月-2014年3月在我院接受治疗的剖宫产后发生难治性产后出血的患者80例,将其均分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,观察组采用子宫背带缝合术配伍治疗,对照组给予宫腔填纱,并对子宫动脉上行支结扎,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果 观察组患者产后出血量少于对照组的,治疗总有效率高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 难治性产后出血应用子宫背带缝合术配伍治疗具有操作简便、损伤小、效果显著等优点。

Objective The explore clinical curative effect on Uterine parceled suture compatibility of medicines treatment of refractory postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Selected 80 cases with refractory postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital, divided into observation group and control group, each group of 40 cases, the observation group used the compatibility of the straps of uterus suture technique treatment, the control group were given uterine cavity iflling yarn, and of uterine artery ascending branch ligation, analysis effect on comparative of two groups. Results The observation group with postpartum haemorrhage amount was less than the control group, treatment group total effectiveness was higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Intractable postpartum hemorrhage the straps of uterus suture technique application compatibility treatment has advantages of simple operation, small injury, obvious effect, clinical popularization and application value et al advantage.
