老年女性冠心病与亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的临床分析

Analysis Clinical of Elderly Female With Coronary Heart Disease and Subclinical Hypothyroidism Disease

目的探讨对老年女性冠心病与亚临床甲状腺功能减退症的临床分析。方法选取我院35例合并有亚临床甲减的住院老年女性冠心病患者作为观察组。选取同期来我院体检的除外冠心病、心力衰竭以及高血压的35例女性作为对照组。对70例研究对象的血脂等指标进行测定。结果观察组亚临床甲减的发生率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组和对照组与甲状腺功能正常者相比,亚临床甲减患者的血脂水平均较高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论冠心病的致病因素中,亚临床甲减极有可能为主要致病因素。

Objective To explore the clinical analysis of coronary heart disease in elderly female with subclinical hypothyroidism. Methods Selected 35 cases with subclinical hypothyroidism in elderly female with coronary artery disease in our hospital as the observation group. The same period selected 35 cases with physical examination except for coronary heart disease and heart failure and hypertension in our hospital as the control group. In 70 cases of the research object of the blood lipid were measured. Results The observation group the incidence of subclinical hypothyroidism was higher than the control group, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. The observation group and the control group thyroid function, blood lipid level in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism were higher than normal person, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The risk factors for CHD, subclinical hypothyroidism is likely to be the main pathogenic factors.
