神经外科开颅术后再次手术的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨神经外科患者实施开颅术后行再次手术治疗的成效。方法 选取2014年1月-2015年1月于我院神经外科实施开颅术后行再次手术治疗的患者40例作为研究对象,对治疗成效及其相关病历资料进行回顾分析。结果 40例开颅患者在行再次手术后,其中GOS 1级、GOS 2级、GOS 3级、GOS 4级、GOS 5级人数分别为5例、2例、7例、20例和6例。结论 神经外科疾病行再次手术的几率较高,因此必须在准确分析手术病因的前提下,准确把握治疗时机,提升和改善患者的生存率和生活质量。
