摘要
目的 基于四肢创伤骨折后骨不连,应用不同植入物内固定治疗的临床应用效果进行比较研究。方法 选取我院2010年的1月-2014年的12月四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者80例作为研究对象,其中观察组采用有限接触动力加压钢板结合植骨进行治疗,而对照组采用锁定加压钢板结合植骨进行治疗,术后对比应用不同植入物内固定方法来治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组采用有限接触动力加压钢板结合植骨进行治疗后,患者平均骨折愈合时间为(4.05±0.78)个月,而对照组采用锁定加压钢板结合植骨进行治疗后,患者平均骨折愈合时间为(3.78±0.75)个月,P〉0.05,差异不具有统计学意义。结论 两种不同的植入物内固定术治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连患者均能够取得理想的治疗效果。
Objective Analysis the clinical effect on intermittent blue light irradiation method and continuous blue light irradiation therapy for neonatal jaundice. Methods Based on the clinical effect on limb trauma fracture nonunion after application of different implant internal fixation for the treatment of the comparative study. Methods Selected 80 cases with limb trauma incharge of nonunion after fracture from January 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital as the research object of observation, the observation group used the limited contact dynamic compression plate combined with bone graft for treatment, while the control group with locking compression plate combined with bone graft treatment, postoperative contrast with different implantation internal fixation method to treat traumatic limbs bone nonunion of fracture in patients with clinical efficacy. Results The observation group was treated with the limited contact dynamic compression plate combined with bone grafting in patients after treatment, the average healing time was (4.05±0.78)months, while the control group with locked compression plate combined with bone graft for patients after treatment, the average healing time was (3.78±0.75), P〉0.05,had no difference statistically significant. Conclusion Two different implant ifxation for the treatment of nonunion after fracture of limb trauma patients able to obtain the ideal treatment effect.
