观察比较活髓牙失活后根管治疗与拔髓后根管治疗的疗效

Observation and Compare the Teeth After Root Canal Therapy and Inactivation of Pulp Removed After Root Canal Therapy

目的观察比较活髓牙失活后根管治疗与拔髓后根管治疗的疗效。方法选取我院进行治疗的90例口腔疾病患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组采用拔髓后根管治疗方式,研究组采用活髓牙失活后根管治疗方式。结果研究组的总有效率为97.78%,对照组的总有效率为73.33%,对比两组患者的痊愈率和总有效率,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用活髓牙失活后根管治疗方式对于治疗口腔疾病患者能够达到较高的治疗效果,通过采用这种手术操作方式能够有效的降低术后不良反应发生率,促进患者的患牙早日康复。

Objective To observe and compare the teeth after root canal therapy and inactivation of pulp removed after root canal therapy. Methods Selected 90 cases with oral diseases in our hospital. divided into study group and control group randomly, each group of 50 cases. The control group used pull cord after root canal treatment, the study group was treated with vital pulp teeth lost after root canal treatment. Results The study group total effectiveness was 97.78%, the control group total efifciency was 73.33%, comparison the cure rate of two groups of patients and the total efficiency, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion The use of vital pulp teeth after root canal therapy inactivation in treatment of patients with oral diseases can reach a high treatment effect, reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions to the operation mode of operation, and promote the patients＇ early recovery of teeth.
