硝酸甘油与普萘洛尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床用药研究

Clinical Application of Nitroglycerin and Propranolol in Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

目的 探讨硝酸甘油与普萘洛尔这两种药物在临床上治疗不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果,为进一步完善心绞痛临床用药方法提供借鉴。方法 将本院2014年6月-2014年12月接收的86例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为观察1组和观察2组,每组43例,分别进行普萘洛尔治疗和硝酸甘油治疗,并观察两组的治疗效果。结果 两组患者在接收药物治疗的过程中均会出现心绞痛发作状况,且都会发生一定的不良反应,两组治疗效果,P〉0.05,差异不具有统计学意义。结论 在不稳定型心绞痛的临床用药上,硝酸甘油和普洛萘尔均能够起到很好的治疗效果,且在服药治疗期间两种药物对心绞痛发作的次数和持续时间的影响作用均相差无几,并无太明显的差异,均可用于临床治疗中。

Objective To discuss therapeutic effect on nitroglycerin and propranolol in these two kinds of drugs in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in clinic, in order to further improve the angina pectoris clinical medication method for reference. Methods Selected 86 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris from February 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital, were randomly divided into the observation group and the observation of the two groups, each group of 43 cases, propranolol and nitroglycerin treatment, and to observe the therapeutic effect on the two groups. Results The two groups of patients with angina pectoris were appeared in process of receiving drug treatment, and have some side effects, he treatment effect of the two groups, P〉0.05,had no difference statistically significance. Conclusion In the clinical treatment of unstable angina pectoris, nitroglycerin and propranolol can play a very good therapeutic effect, and the treatment effect on the attack of angina pectoris and the duration of the period of two kinds of drugs were not much difference between, the difference is not too obvious, can be used for clinical treatment.
